SHIPPING & RETURNS

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders received during standard business hours (Monday-Friday; 8:00am-5:00pm CST), are processed and shipped within 48-72 hours.  Please allow additional processing time for orders received outside standard business hours and during national holidays.  We will notify you via email if we are unable to ship your order in a timely manner.  At this time you may choose to place on backorder or cancel for a full refund.

DELIVERY OPTIONS

We are pleased to offer nationwide delivery for all small parcel and large furniture shipments.  All residential furniture deliveries will ship via freight company with curbside delivery. The freight company will contact you to schedule delivery.  We are unable to ship to a P.O. box, so please double check your shipping address for accuracy.  

 

  • Standard Small Parcel Shipping - All small parcel orders will ship via FEDEX or UPS with a flat rate of $25.00.  We will provide tracking information as soon as the order ships.  
  • Standard Residential Furniture Delivery - All furniture items below 150 pounds will ship palletized via standard residential furniture delivery for a flat rate of $200.00. Delivery ranges from 7-15 business days and carrier will call to schedule delivery.  
  • Extended Residential Delivery - All furniture items greater than 151 pounds will ship palletized via standard residential furniture delivery for a flat rate of $400.00. Delivery times range from 7-15 business days and carrier will call to schedule delivery.
  • White Glove Delivery - If you are interested in our White Glove Delivery service, please contact us for a freight quote prior to order placement.  White Glove Delivery service includes delivery inside the home, unpacking of goods, assembly (where available) and removal of all packaging materials.

RETURNS: 

  1. Final Sale Products cannot be returned 
  2. Undamaged product can be returned with the understanding that: 
    1. Return shipping is paid by the customer
    2. Customer and/or Carrier being used is liable if damages incur during transit upon return
    3. A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from refund back to the customer
    4. If damages incurred upon return, cost of repairs will be deducted from refund back to the customer.

 

DAMAGES: 

Always photograph pallets or cartons before unwrapping even if no damages are apparent.

If packaging shows signs of damages:

       - Do NOT refuse shipment.

       - Photograph the piece damaged with detailed clear photos.

      - Notate damages on Bill of Lading

      - Keep a copy of images and Bill of Lading for your records. 

      - Keep packaging

If package has concealed damages World Interiors must be notified within 15 days of delivery.
